Focus group for dental clinics

Project Description

Through qualitative focus group techniques, the patients of different dental practices and clients of different brands of clinics have been interviewed. This allowed us to better understand the quick growing dental clinics market, to outline brands’ signs, to identify satisfied and unsatisfied patients’ expectations, their selection criteria and the hallmarks that characterize different brands.

Thanks to this research made by Evolvere, the company identified a series of diversified services and qualifying aspects in order to improve its market positioning.
