A premium leading company in the automotive industry considered their dealers network not in line with the standards required from the headquarters.

Thanks to the Mystery Video approach, Evolvere has filmed through “candid cameras” (within law restrictions of workers’ privacy) a number of sales negotiations; in the car dealers selected because particularly over performing or under performing.

During the sale negotiations our mystery clients asked key questions, performed stress tests and evaluated the most relevant topics provided by the consultants, both technical and financial.

The videos have been edited: faces have been hidden and voices changed. The aim is to show an ordinary sales negotiation with a potential client. By showing performing negotiations and below-standards ones, the firm can identify and teach good and bad practices.

The possibility to evaluate how much the sales force carry out the company standards and practices is definitely a value adding of the Mystery Video activity. Through images it is possible to identify and select “Best Practices” and “Worst Practices”.
